Account payments by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice. The Purchaser will be held liable for any additional costs incurred collecting late/overdue payments. These costs will be added to the account.
Online "Cash Sale" orders will be packed and dispatched once full payment has been received.
Tiedowns NZ Ltd is not liable for any costs for goods lost or damaged in transit. If you have a preferred carrier we would be happy to assist provided your account number and carrier contact details are supplied for freight forwarding.
The products we list and stock are intended for the New Zealand market. Due to NZ Customs and MAF requirements we do not export some products. If you are an international client, please check with us prior to ordering our products online.
Any product claims must be lodged within 14 days of a product being despatched. Credit requests for products returned will be subject to our discretion. Approved claims/credits will exclude freight or any additional costs. Please re-check cut lengths of product as "Once Cut" we do not refund.
Any product supplied by Tiedowns NZ, must not be used beyond it’s designed or rated limits. The manufacturers/suppliers conditions of use and warranty will apply.
Prices quoted are valid on the day of quotation only (excluding GST), unless stated on a Tiedowns NZ quotation form or subject to contract terms and conditions.
Unfortunately Manufacturer or International supplier deliveries and shipping are beyond our control therefore Tiedowns NZ cannot be held liable for delays in delivery.
